Important: When you use competitive multiplayer, your wallet address and all related transactions are permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and transparent.

Anyone can see:

Your wallet address
Wager amounts and prize winnings
Transaction history related to SolSlopes
NFTs and tokens you own

This information cannot be deleted or made private - it is an inherent feature of blockchain technology.

Inactive accounts: Data may be deleted after 2 years of inactivity

- Leaderboard scores may be retained for historical integrity

9.2 No Collection from Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. International Users & Data Transfers

10.1 Global Service

SolSlopes is accessible worldwide. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.

10.2 Data Protection

When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate protections through:

11. Discord Activity Integration

11.1 What is a Discord Activity?

SolSlopes is available as a Discord Activity - an interactive experience that runs directly within Discord voice channels. When you play via Discord Activity, additional data collection and processing occurs.

11.2 Discord-Specific Data Collection

When you use the Discord Activity version, we collect:

The Discord Activity version uses Discord's Embedded App SDK, which means:

Discord Inc. may process your data as required for the SDK to function
Discord's own Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Discord
We receive authentication tokens from Discord to verify your identity
Discord may collect analytics about Activity usage

11.4 Wallet Linking in Discord

When you link a Solana wallet to your Discord account within the Activity:

We store the association between your Discord ID and wallet address
This allows you to play competitive modes (when enabled) from Discord
Your linked wallet is stored server-side and encrypted
You can unlink your wallet at any time via the in-game settings

Discord Activity Limitations:

Competitive mode with wagering is currently disabled in Discord Activities
Discord enforces Content Security Policy (CSP) restrictions that limit certain features
Discord may update their SDK or policies, which could affect available features

11.5 Data Shared with Discord

We do NOT share the following with Discord Inc.:

Your wallet private keys or seed phrases
Your detailed game scores or progress
Your transaction history or wager amounts
Chat messages beyond what Discord's SDK already sees

The Game may contain links to third-party websites or services:

Wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare) - see their privacy policies
Blockchain explorers (Solscan, Solana Explorer) - public blockchain data
Social media (Discord, Twitter) - governed by their policies

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies before use.

13. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers have "Do Not Track" (DNT) features. Currently, there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals. We do not respond to DNT signals at this time.
